Klinger Fabrik comlex is situated in Nové Město pod Smrkem, which lies in the north-east part of Spur of Frýdlant among Jindřichov ridge and Smrk mountain on Polish-German border in Liberec region, Liberec district. Nové Město pod Smrkem covers an area of about 29 km² and it has about 3 922 inhabitants nowadays. Klinger Fabrik doesn´t lie in flood zone and it is not ecologically loaded. A shuttle train is situated about 300 m from the complex.

Mainly automobile industry, production of various components and subdeliveries for automobile industry, plastic production, glass industry, electronic industry and textile industry dominate in Liberec region. Liberec district covers an area of 925 m², it has about 165.000 inhabitants. Unemployment rate in the region reaches more than 4,5%. There is a Technical University in Liberec.

Klinger Fabrik lies in the strategic locality of Czech-Polish-German border area, in the centre of Euroregion Nisa, that has great availability to highway network not only in Czech Repuplic, but also in Germany and Poland. Possibility of market availability of these three countries is thus open.
